Golden Horizon School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and energy! Students from *Classes 1 to 10* actively participated in a rejuvenating yoga session conducted by expert instructors:

  • Ma'am Jumana – Gold Medalist, Certified Yoga Instructor & Nature Therapist
  • Ms. Pooja Pawar – Wellness Coach & IT Engineer
  • Mr. Baban Nagre – Certified Wellness and Fitness Coach

They guided the students through a series of yoga asanas and breathing techniques, encouraging a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Our dedicated teachers also joined in, setting a wonderful example of the importance of health and mindfulness. The session not only promoted physical well-being but also instilled in students the values of discipline and inner peace. In addition to the yoga session, students enthusiastically participated in yoga-themed activities such as:  Poster Making on Yoga Poses, Shloka Chanting & Yoga Quiz Competition
